At Sulwhasoo, we strive to ensure your holistic beauty experience is exceptional; if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, including any promotional gifts or samples that were part of the initial purchase.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
